The NABCA Executive Committee meets on the 4th Wednesday each month from 3:00-4:30pm Eastern Time, Except for the April Meeting, which is held at the Annual Conference. November and December Meetings are scheduled by the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee is responsible for the conduct of all NABCA business during the fiscal year.
The Executive Committee includes the President, Vice President/President Elect, Secretary/Treasurer, Chairs of the Conference, Partnerships, Membership, Finance, and Research
Committees, and the Executive Director (ex officio). Vice Chairs serve as ex officio Members of the Executive Committee, except in the absence of the Chair when they represent the Committee and vote.
In addition to the Executive Committee Member position description and monthly planning activities and the interpretation and implementation of all Articles included in the
Association Bylaws, the Executive Committee is also responsible for the individual position descriptions and monthly planning activities.
