Call for Proposals Application
The National Association of Branch Campus Administrators is seeking presenters for the 2025 Annual Conference. The NABCA Annual Conference offers outstanding opportunities for administrators, advisors, faculty, and graduate students to engage in scholarly discussion and network with regional, national and international colleagues.
This is your opportunity to share information on promising research and best practices that support new ideas, emerging issues, resources, infrastructure, relevant training and events, as well as, the latest news about higher education at Branch Campus locations. The Conference Committee welcomes proposals from higher education-related professionals at all levels of expertise and experience; we hope that you will consider submitting a proposal for a concurrent session. Presenters may use a variety of methods including lecture, interactive presentation, panel discussion, round table format, etc. Be creative!
Through your active participation and sharing, the field of teaching, learning, and leading at Branch Campus locations continues to grow in its importance in higher education.
Proposals can be on a variety of topics related to Branch Campuses, however, your proposal should consider a program or activity that:
Demonstrates innovation
Provides an opportunity for application at other institutions
Improves quality of service delivery
Improves efficiency and process
Improves productivity within team, campus, or institution
Involves cross-functional collaboration
Involves partnerships
Informs a national perspective
Informs and Improves operational decisions
Supports the conference theme:

Because of your involvement, NABCA also continues to be the premier source of support and professional development within our profession and continues to be an excellent use of professional development funds.
Speaker/Presenter Requirements
Presenters must be current members (although co-presenters need not be a member). I / We understand that if this session is accepted that ALL presenters MUST register for the FULL conference at the FULL conference rate. NOTE: This year's conference will take place in person. There will be no virtual option for attendees or presenters.

Session Title: Remember, session titles are critical. Most people make decisions about which sessions to attend based solely on the title. Choose carefully. *
Session Description: In 100 words or less, write a "promo" for this session that can be used in the Conference Program. Sell your session by making it sound interesting. Do not use abbreviations or acronyms. *
